battery won't charge

love my new e-cig. However one of the batteries won't charge...are there "dud" batteries?

Sorry for the late response. I believe that we have already replaced your battery. But yes, there unfortunately is bound to be "dud" batteries. Great...just charged the one good battery I had....when I screwed in the atomizer it got extremely hot...can"t even hold it....not sure what"s going on...but frustrated..!!!

what happened with the overheating battery?
Is there an issue with it?
Was it replaced?

You cant take it 100% from me but I believe it was replaced. You have to wait for sheilakoko for the conformation. You are using electronics, which are bound to fail for lack of better words. This is why we have a 6 month replacement warranty. If your product fails one way or the other in that 6 month time frame, we will replace it no questions asked.
